Smog, snow, dirt… RUSSIA!!! This is the farthest I’ve ever been from home.

Bags are packed, parents are pacing, stomach is churning and I’m standing on the brink of the next chapter of my life’s journey. I leave for Midway Airport in less than an hour. I’ll fly to D.C. to begin the ACTR 2-day orientation program, then its off to Moscow.
